Main Cities (South Africa): 2–5 business days

Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

1.3 Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Promotional free delivery may apply to selected orders.

 

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

The item is in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided

 

2.2 Non-Returnable Items
