  • Days: Monday - Friday
  • Time: 08:00 - 17:00

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Matric certificate (minimum qualification)
  • Computer literate
  • Admin skills (not essential but beneficial)

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Chat GPT
  • Proficient with Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Instagram
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Creative design skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administrative work and office management
  • Basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping
  • Social media posting and management across multiple platforms
  • Creative design work for marketing materials
  • Answering emails and correspondence
  • Confirming orders and processing customer requests
  • Content creation using AI tools like Chat GPT
  • Managing social media engagement on Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Instagram

Salary & Benefits
